Katys are our version of the traditional turtle. Each Katy begins with a bed of fresh pecans or cashews. Then we pour on a layer of our secret recipe caramel. Our caramel is lovingly stirred in an old-fashioned copper kettle, over an open flame. The Katys are topped with a spoonful of our rich milk, dark or white chocolate.
